Refund policy

At 13th Squadron, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we gladly accept returns under the following conditions:

• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date.

• The product must be in its original, unopened condition, with the shrink wrap intact and undamaged.

• Items that have been opened, used, or have damaged packaging are not eligible for a refund.

• You will receive your refund once the package has returned to 13th Squadron.

To initiate a return, please contact us at 13thsquadronbiz@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved and the item is received in acceptable condition, a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
